Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats
Quick, nourishing breakfast made in 5 minutes, imagine waking up to a delicious breakfast with no effort! Full of antioxidants thanks to the blueberries and potassium thanks to the banana! I’ve added lots of seeds for texture, and fibre diversity but also for healthy fats and nutrients!

Ingredients
✔️60g of oats
✔️1 mashed bananas
✔️4 tbsp frozen blueberries
✔️1 tbsp of chia seeds
✔️2 tbsp of mixed seeds (flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds)
✔️200-250ml milk
✔️3 tbsp yoghurt
✔️Optional toppings: banana, blueberries and nut butter

Directions
1. Mash banana in a bowl
2. Add the rest of ingredients (except for the toppings) and give it a good stir
3. Refrigerate overnight and add your toppings (optional) before eating
