Make gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free buffalo chicken tenders!

The best things in life are “free” indeed! Crunch into these crispy buffalo chicken tenders made with grain-free, gluten-free and soy-free Siete tortilla chips! This delicious snack is so simple to make and is perfect for any occasion! Get into a celebratory mood with newly arrived craft beers!

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 c Tapioca Starch
  2. 2 lbs Chicken tenders (4 breasts cut into tenders)
  3. 3 Eggs
  4. 1 bag Siete Grain Free Sea Salt Tortilla Chips
  5. ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  6. 1 tsp Onion Powder
  7. 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  8. ½ tsp Paprika
  9. ⅓ c Siete Whole30 Approved Traditional Hot Sauce
  10. ½ c Butter

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a food processor, pulse chips and seasonings (cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika) until chips are finely crumbed
  3. In a shallow dish, place tapioca starch
  4. In another shallow dish, beat egg and hot sauce
  5. In a third shallow dish, add seasoned chip crumbs
  6. Coat chicken tenders with starch
  7. dip into the egg mixture, then coat with chip crumb mixture
  8. Place on cookie sheet
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes
  10. In a small saucepot combine hot sauce and butter over low heat and whisk until well combined
  11. Drizzle buffalo sauce over finished chicken tenders and serve with celery and ranch or blue cheese dressing
