Festive Vegan Mixed Cheese Board

Ingredients:
- 150 gms block of Dilecto Smoked Cheese
- 70 gms of Dilectio Blue Cheese
- 70 gms cream cheese (used Kite Hill sour cream)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp of dukkah or bagel seasoning
- Edible flowers for décor
- Fresh dill
- 4 oz smoked carrot lox
- 2 tbsp capers from brine
- Pickled Jam Lady Jam
Directions:
- In a food processor add the Dilecto Smoked cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and blend for approximately 2 minutes until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Using a palette knife or a spoon spread the cheese onto a plate or a nice wooden board creatively or in small brush strokes across the board until it is completed covered as shown here.
- Using a fresh spoon spread small dollops of pickled chilli jam on the cream cheese
- Finely cut the carrot lox and place small pieces all over.
- Sprinkle capers, dukkha or bagel seasoning, edible flowers and dill.
- Spread your choice of crackers, breads and chips around the spread and serve.
