Masala Butter Chicken
Ingredients
1 Brown Onion
500g boneless chicken thighs, but into chunks
1 Jar of Masala Butter Chicken
3 tbs coriander leaves, finely chopped htt
Optional; 1 ½ cups of yoghurt
Instructions
- Brown the onions in some butter.
- Once softened and browned, add the chicken thigh chunks and sear all over.
- Fold through the jar of Masala Butter Chicken.
- Add enough water so the chicken and onions are fully covered.
- Place a lid on the pan and simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once cooked sprinkle with the chopped coriander and serve with a dollop of natural yoghurt and basmati rice.
