Masala Butter Chicken

Ingredients 

1 Brown Onion

500g boneless chicken thighs, but into chunks

1 Jar of Masala Butter Chicken 

3 tbs coriander leaves, finely chopped htt

Optional; 1 ½ cups of yoghurt

 

Instructions  

  1. Brown the onions in some butter.  
  1. Once softened and browned, add the chicken thigh chunks and sear all over.  
  1. Fold through the jar of Masala Butter Chicken.  
  1. Add enough water so the chicken and onions are fully covered.  
  1. Place a lid on the pan and simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 
  1. Once cooked sprinkle with the chopped coriander and serve with a dollop of natural yoghurt and basmati rice.
