Pistachio Papi Crepes

Ingredients
- 350g Warm kefir
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 2 Eggs
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar (or less)
- 250g Flour
- 350ml Boiling water
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Pistachio Papi
Method
- The kefir must be warm or at room temperature.
- Add baking soda to the kefir, mix well, and let it sit for 6 minutes.
- Then add eggs, sugar, and salt. Mix everything well.
- Add sifted flour and mix until there are no lumps.
- Pour in the boiling water and mix everything quickly.
- Add vegetable oil and mix well.
- You can start frying the pancakes immediately.
- Preheat the pan well before adding the batter.
- Once the pancakes are cooked, brush them with melted butter and Pistachio Papi.
