1 Fresh Chilled Salmon (~170g)
15gm Olive Oil
0.7gm Sea Salt Rosemary Rub
1 stalk Fresh Rosemary
Massage the sea salt and rosemary rub into the raw salmon. Slice the salmon flesh with a slit across if you wish to infuse more sea salt and rosemary rub into the flesh.
Add olive oil to the pan with medium heat.
Start by placing the salmon on the side with the skin on the pan. Flip the salmon over when one side is cooked.
Once the salmon is cooked thoroughly, garnish it with fresh rosemary.
