Tomato Pasta


0.5 Garlic Clove
0.5 Brown Onion
0.5 Green Capsicum
0.5 Yellow Capsicum
6pcs White Button Mushrooms
100gm Spaghetti
15gm Salt
15gm Olive Oil
300gm Tomato Pasta Sauce
1gm Sea Salt Rosemary Rub
2 stalks Fresh Rosemary
42gm Grated Parmesan Cheese

  1. Prepare ingredients - chopping garlic into smaller bits, onion into slices, green and yellow capsicums into cubes and mushrooms into slices.

  2. Once water is boiled with high heat, add salt into the boiling water and then spaghetti. Cook and stir regularly from 8 to 10 minutes.

  3. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside.

  4. Add olive oil into the pan with medium heat and add garlic to cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

  5. Add in brown onions to cook till turns slightly golden brown and add in white button mushrooms to stir-fry.

  6. Pour in tomato pasta sauce and stir, then add in cooked spaghetti and mix well.

  7. Add in chopped mixed capsicum cubes, stir and cook for a minute.

  8. Once ready, serve it hot with grated Parmesan cheese and sea salt rosemary rub and fresh rosemary.
