Ube French Toast
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of cream or milk
- 2 tablespoons or 15 grams of ube butter
- white bread
Method
- Mix 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of cream or milk, 2 tablespoons or 15g of melted Ube Butter in a bowl
- Dip your thick white bread slices into it to coat evenly
- Once soaked in, fry both sides of the bread on a buttered pan until golden and enjoy!
