Vegan Chocolate Coated Mini Strawberry Turkeys Recipe

10 Large Strawberries
1 bowl Farmz Chocolate Ganache Dip*
20 Mini Keto Breadsticks**
50g Almond Marzipan***

  1. Cut a small piece off the upper side of the strawberry to enable a flat surface for the strawberry to sit nicely.

  2. Mould and shape the almond marzipan to form the 'turkey thighs'.

  3. Attached the keto breadsticks into the marzipan to form the entire 'turkey leg'.

  4. Attached to both sides of the strawberry to form the body shape of a turkey.

  5. Coat the turkey body in the chocolate ganache dip.

  6. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off and set in refrigeration to harden.

  7. Your chocolate turkeys are ready to be enjoyed.


Farmz Chocolate Ganache Dip*

70g Coconut Oil
50g Organic Cacao Powder
20g Raw Honey

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

  2. Ensure the coconut oil is in liquid form.

  3. Mix well till a smooth shiny consistency is achieved.


Mini Keto Breadsticks**

112g Almond Flour
32g Tapioca Flour
0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
0.5 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
30g Water
13g Olive Oil

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl till a dough forms.

  2. Roll out the size of each mini stick.

  3. Roll out the size of each mini stick, approximately 2g each.

  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven (180°c) for 15 minutes.


Almond Marzipan***

100g Almond Flour
75g Coconut Flower Sugar (powdered form)
0.5 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract
12.5g Water

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend till a smooth dough is achieved.

  2. Keep in refrigeration and use when needed.
