250gm Wagyu Beef Ribeye
10gm Pepper Steak Seasoning
5gm Pink Salt
3gm Black Pepper
100gm Baby Carrot
20gm Olive Oil
Season the steak with pepper steak seasoning on both side and set aside. (If the steak is just taken out from the fridge, place the steak in room temperature for about 30 minutes.)
Wash broccolini and cut into half and set aside.
Wash and peel baby carrot and cut into half and set aside.
Heat up a pan (high heat) till pan slightly smoke then add olive oil into the pan.
Place the steak slowly into the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes for each side and let it rest aside. (It will be about medium done.)
Heat up another pan (medium heat) then add olive oil into the pan.
Put baby carrot into the pan and sauté it for about 2 minutes.
Then add broccolini into the same pan and sauté it for another 3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste and lastly squeeze half of the lemon onto the vegetables and switch off the heat.
Place the vegetables in the middle and stack the steak on top of the vegetables, and you are ready to serve. (You can place some pink salt at the side of the plate for you to eat it together with the steak.)
