Serves 4-6 people
GF Flour 175g
Caster sugar 484g
Cocoa powder 85g
Unsalted butter 350g
Chopped hazelnut 35g
Pinch of salt
Prepare the dry mix: Mix Flour, Sugar, Salt & Cocoa Powder together
Melt Butter over a Bain Marie
Combine Butter with Eggs
Fold batter into dry mix, whisk until combined
Brush Butter onto baking tray and place baking paper along the side. Scoop batter into the baking mold.
Bake at 15 degrees for 90 minutes. Use a testing pin to determine if the brownie is cooked.
Rest overnight in the fridge. Serve and enjoy!
