Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Check out Little Farms’ take on the classic Grilled Cheese sandwich.  Enjoy our hearty, gooey cheesy goodness stuffed with three kinds of cheese on its own or with a bowl of creamy tomato soup for a complete meal.
 

Perfect for one 

Ingredients:

  • Comté cheese, Cheddar cheese & Edam cheese (1 slice of each)
  • 2 slices of Sourdough bread
  • Butter
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Equipment:

  • Sandwich Press

Method:

  1. Cut the sourdough loaf to make two slices of bread
  2. Spread the butter on both sides of the sourdough and then place the cheese on one slice of bread.
  3. Season the inside of the sandwich with salt and pepper and put the sandwich back together.
  4. Place the cheese sandwich into the sandwich press and cook for 5-10 mins until golden.
