These buns are crafted using naturally gluten free premium flours. The addition of golden flaxseeds and psyllium husks make them a deliciously healthy and nutritious option for homemade burgers. Toast lightly and top crunchy vegetables and a spread of your favourite burger toppings!

ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS. GLUTEN FREE. DAIRY FREE. EGG FREE. VEGAN. HIGH FIBRE.
Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Buckwheat Flour, Golden Flaxseed, Psyllium Husk, Yeast, Himalayan Pink Rock Salt, Baking Powder, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Made in a kitchen where tree nuts, sesame, peanuts and eggs are also handled.

The Whole Kitchen's bread is made fresh on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. As with all artisan-made fresh breads, it needs to be eaten quickly, ideally within 2 days from being baked. It is suitable for freezing, so stick it in your freezer to make your loaf last longer.
