The Whole Kitchen make their 7 Seed Country Loaf with premium flours that are naturally gluten free. A light and fluffy bread, baked with nutritious, high fibre seeds like flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds, giving a crunchy bite and hearty flavour. Perfect to enjoy everyday. Serve with warm soup, top it off with avocado or butter, or even eat it on its own.
This bread is made fresh on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. As with all artisan-made fresh breads, it needs to be eaten quickly, ideally within 2 days from being baked. It is suitable for freezing, so stick it in your freezer to make your loaf last longer.
