The Whole Kitchen uses only premium flours that are naturally gluten-free to bake their Fruit & Nut Sourdough. The dough is fermented overnight then baked to give a golden crust, soft chew with aromatic flavours of currants, longans, and walnuts. Serve with warm soup, top it off with your Little Farms amazing avocado or butter, or even eat it on its own.

Ingredients: Sorghum Flour, Gluten Free Oat Flour, Walnuts, Buckwheat Flour, Chickpea Flour, Sourdough Starter (Buckwheat, Water), Currents, Arrowroot Starch, Tapioca Starch, Golden Flaxseeds, Psyllium Husks, Apricots, Yeast, Olive Oil, Salt, Dried Longan, Cinnamon, Orange Zest Made in a kitchen where tree nuts, sesame, peanuts and eggs are also handled.
This bread is made fresh on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. As with all artisan-made fresh breads, it needs to be eaten quickly, ideally within 2 days from being baked. It is suitable for freezing, so stick it in your freezer to make your loaf last longer.
