The Milo family produces pasta in the Apulian town of Bitonto, in southern Italy, since the nineteenth century. After two centuries, from generation to generation, Giuseppe Milo and his brothers continue this long journey begun by their great-grandfather Nicola Milo. Proud of the family tradition, to produce only high quality products from the Puglia region using recipes handed down from generation to generation.
