Tempranillo is a historic grape variety for Famille Fabre, back to the time when we were looking for deep and intense coulred wines. Now we’ve decided to vinify without sulfite to get a very crispy ans fruity wine, Cheers !

La Mancha's Mano a Mano winery is impressively surrounded by 300 hectares of old Tempranillo – locally known as 'Cencibel' – vines, at an altitude of 660 metres above sea level. The deep, sandy soils produce incredibly low yields, at just 1-2kg per vine.
