Red Wine - Brunello di Montalcino Uggiano
Intense ruby red colour. Ethereal bouquet with a complex array of aromas, from violet to cloves, from wild berries to vanilla. Very warm taste, dry, fullbodied and slightly tannic.

100% Sangiovese Grosso
After crushing, grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks by selected easts. Fermentation’s temperature is contained within 26-28°C and the must is pumped over its skins twice a day to draw colouring substances and soft tannins. After 18-22 days the wine is separated from the dregs to prevent solubilisation of bitter tannins and the fermentations is completed in big oak casks.
This wine is preserved for maturation in big oak casks from Slavonia for 36 months.
