They're super easy to use - just pop in the freezer, and once frozen, thaw for 5 minutes, cut open, squeeze and enjoy!
Each pouch contains 1/2 a serving of fruit*. No added preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.

Directions For Use
- Pop the pouch in the freezer. Once frozen, thaw for 5 minutes or run under warm water. Cut open, squeeze and enjoy.
- Can be re-frozen once thawed. Do not microwave.
