Casalingo is a family business originating in Abruzzo, Italy, that produces prosciutto and other Italian delicacies. The business was developed over three generations in Italy, and now operates out of Australia. Today, they use the finest grown Australian produce to manufacture high quality European style meats, including prosciutto, pancetta, chorizo, bresola, a classic range of salamis, and the finest cooked sausages - all with an authentic and traditional taste.
