Smoky Cheddar Mac and Cheese
Ingredients:
- 200g Oak Smoked Cheddar, grated
- 200g elbow macaroni
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
