Smoky Cheddar Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 200g Oak Smoked Cheddar, grated
  • 200g elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  • Cook Pasta: Boil the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Make Roux: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and mustard powder, stirring constantly to form a roux.
