Vineyard characteristics
Old vineyards elaborated free of sulfites. located in windy and fresh areas, planted in the traditional bush system and dry-farmed. Organic viticulture with manual harvest.
Winemaking
A combination of ageing materials: oak vats (foudres and tinas) together with steel tanks of diferent origins (Spain, France and Italy).
TASTING NOTES
- Cherry red colour.
- Wild berry, redcurrant and blue berries. Rich insesations with aromas of cherrie plum and red fruits.
- Round and full-bodied. Long lasting finish.
