The plain panettone dough is enriched with candied lemon peel and then baked and filled with a limoncello cream.
Despite the strong lemon note, the product has a delicate flavor and a fresh aroma.
The hand-folded wrapping recalls the pale yellow color of limoncello, maintaining a strong reference to the elegant, vintage style.
To further enhance the richness of the panettone, you can serve it with a dark chocolate mousse.
