Established in 2002, Cuttaway Creek is a thirty-acre property located at Mittagong in the Southern Highlands of NSW. The primary purpose of the farm is to grow premium-grade, fresh raspberries and blackberries for the restaurant trade. The cool climate of the Southern Highlands provides ideal conditions for growing berry fruit with intense flavour. No pesticides or residual herbicides are used. All of their weeding is done by hand. Only fully ripe berries are picked, to ensure the strongest natural flavour. In addition to growing berries, Cuttaway Creek also produces a range of multi award-winning jams, sauces and vinegar. Their products are using 100% Australian grown fruit and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Made with fresh, hand picked rhubarb. Our ginger is sourced from Buderim in Queensland. Can be used as a traditional topping for bread, toast, crumpets or croissants or used as a sweet/savoury topping with chicken and as a condiment with cheese.
