Arancini - Fire Rosted Red Pepper & Eggplant
Caponata is a Sicilian dish that celebrates the world of sweet and sour perfectly, using eggplant, celery and capsicum cooked separately and combined with vinegar and capers to really awaken and bewitch the tastebuds.
All our Arancini are hand rolled and made with a traditional Risotto base using Italian Arborio rice, fresh locally sourced produce and snap frozen to maintain freshness, nutrients, flavour and crunch.
-Deep Fry - Deep Fry Arancini in 160°C canola oil from frozen for 6 minutes.
-Oven Bake - Preheat oven to 220°C fan forced. Place Arancini from Frozen ( do not thaw) on a baking tray and bake for approx. 12 minutes
Rest 2-3 minutes once out of oven before serving.
