Wasabi Sichuan Mayonnaise
This mayo is big on taste with just the right kick of spice. It pairs well with seafood without overpowering, and is a unique alternative to traditional mayo. We make it with flavoursome Sichuan seasoning, wasabi, fresh coriander and lemon juice.
Try some on your smoked salmon to add saucy flair! If you’re not a seafood fan, not to worry – delicious through coleslaw, on a ham or roast beef sandwich in place of butter, or used for dipping with roasted veggies.
