White Wine - Chablis Vieilles Vignes

The Chatelain family has owned the Domaine for several generations, working the particular kimmeridigian soil of Chablis:  special composition of pebbles, limestone and clay dating from the Jurasic period. On the nose you find a mineral bouquet with citrus fruit aromas.  In the mouth dry, slightly mineral with a beautiful lingering flavour.

Perfect with: Grilled Fish
