Sweet Wine - Moelleux, Semillon, Bergerac, France

Fourth generation wine makers, the Lajonie family hold the largest estate in the region at over 180 hectares. Very pleasant young, this wine does age very well, and for many years.
With flavours of citrus fruits, honey and dried fruits, it is able to blend freshness and complexity flying together in a light sweetness. Semi sweet meaning that it is quite fresh.
Goes well with fruits, fruit-salads, not too sweet desserts, cakes, sorbets, blue cheese, foie gras or as an aperitif
