About the Vineyard
Crafted with meticulous care, the grapes are hand-harvested in the cool mornings, hand-sorted, and gently destemmed before a slow fermentation in small open-top fermenters. Basket pressing and gravity racking preserve purity, while aging in a mix of new and seasoned French oak adds complexity. This thoughtful, low-intervention winemaking reflects the elegance and nuance typical of the Russian River Valley.
