Long Clawson Dairy is a traditional British cheese producer, based in the small village of Long Clawson in the county of Leicestershire. Although best known for their Blue Stilton, they also produce a number of other delicious English cheeses and cheese products, such as Blue Shropshire, Rutland Red and a range of sweet and savoury cheese blends.
