At Pastoret, we make kefir with milk from cows that graze freely, following a careful and slow fermentation process. After several hours, we obtain a liquid kefir with a light texture and smooth taste. We add mango at its optimal ripeness, which brings a touch of natural sweetness and all its exotic flavour.
