Dance With The Devil Chardonnay
This wine was fermented in 50% new and 50% one and two-year-old French oak barriques. It was stirred on lees for eight months before bottling. Full of opulent and generous white peach and toasty brioche flavours, this wine has a natural grapefruit freshness and vibrancy. In true Margaret River style this a wine of richness and poise, balancing intense stone fruits with textural vanilla undertones.
Partner with rich white meat and seafood, such as creamy pasta and hearty chicken and pork dishes. Also complimentary to zesty lemon and Asian flavours.
