Our Yuzu & Mandarin kombucha is a lively blend that combines the unique, aromatic zest of yuzu with the sweet, bright flavour of mandarins. Each sip is a wake-up call telling you it's time to do your taxes, thanks to the lively effervescence that lifts the citrus notes even further. Our kombucha is best served chilled but they are a-ok if they are stored out of the fridge. This is because Remedy Kombucha naturally contains no sugar and our live cultures are super healthy, strong and happy. No sugar means there’s no risk of refermentation. Healthy, strong, happy live cultures mean they stay alive throughout shelf life. It’s a myth that all live cultures need to be refrigerated at all times – fermentation does happen in a warm environment, after all!

They could tell you that when Sarah and Emmet Condon started Remedy in their kitchen they had no idea what lay ahead. But they’d be lying. They had an inkling. They’d been making kombucha for a while. Their kids were into it. Their mates were hooked. Family members were dropping by more often for a taste.

So, they took a chance. Some might call it a massive risk. They had a young family. No jobs to fall back on. Some savings, a couple of credit cards. Entrepreneurial know-how, but no experience in the food and drinks world. What they did have were big aspirations and a simple belief.
