Organic Honey - Forest

“Forest” honey is produced during late summer. It has a dark amber color, with some grey tones.

It has a very distinctive aroma of malt and roasted cereal. Its taste is sweet with a hint of salt

It is high in fructose and has a low tendency to crystallize.

It combines well with meats and particularly with roasted nuts. It is also an excellent complement to dishes that are rich in fats.
