Ingredients:
- 4 large portobello mushrooms (375g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite burger toppings
Instructions:
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the mushrooms.
- Let the mushrooms marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
