Sourdough Flatbread - Sea Salt
These sourdough flatbreads are made in small batches with our signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from Shipton Mill flour and British rapeseed oil, then seasoned with hand-harvested Halen Môn sea salt. Savour the crunch with your favourite dips.
From their small beginnings importing crispbread from Peter Ljungquist's bakery in Sweden, Peter's Yard has gained recognition from top chefs and won numerous awards. Their range is now made in an artisan bakery in the UK, following Peter's original Swedish recipe. They use natural, high quality ingredients including John’s organic Shipton Mill flour, organic fresh milk, and their precious sourdough, which ferments for 16 hours before each batch is made.
Wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), wholemeal wheat flour, sourdough 25% (rye flour, water), rapeseed oil, muscovado sugar, sea salt 3%. Topping: Sea salt (Halen Môn PDO).
