Organic Zoo Pasta with Tomato & Spinach

Honest to Goodness Organic Zoo Pasta is a tasty artisanal Italian pasta perfect for kids and adults alike! It is made using high-quality organic durum wheat, tomato and spinach cut into fun zoo animal shapes. Animals include turtles, elephants, lions, giraffes and hippos.

This pasta has a delicious natural flavour and is easy to cook with no added starch, vegetable gum or preservatives. Suitable for vegan diets.

How to Use:

• Add pasta to plenty of boiling water with a little salt, cook uncovered for about 5-7 min or until pasta is ‘al dente’.
• Perfect for all your favourite pasta dishes, as well as in delicious soups and salads.

Processing:

Unlike most commercial pasta, Honest to Goodness Organic Zoo Pasta is slow-dried. Following a traditional artisanal process, the pasta dough is bronze extruded (pressed through a bronze mould) and slowly dried over 30+ hours. This process creates a rougher texture that 'holds' sauce for the perfect al-dente bite.
