Blanc de Noirs , literally 'white from reds' , is a white champagne made from black grapes: 60% Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir from the villages of Fleury-la-Riviere and Damery. Fresh with a touch of salt and minerality, it is bursting with fruity aromas and flavours. The brut champagne displays the signature style of the Champagne house.
