Roast Pumpkin & Coconut Soup
A twist on a much loved class soup! Made with love using fire-roasted butternut pumpkin, caramelised onion & a delectable blend of spices and cocount cream.
Water, Pumpkin (33%), Coconut Cream (7%) (Coconut Kernal Extract (74%), Water (26%)), Onion, Potato, Carrot, Tomato, Kumera, Canola Oil, Butter (Milk), Vegetable Broth, Pepper, Salt, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Nutmeg.
It all began back in 1979 when Brian had a dream of selling rare rabbit rumps from a little shop high in the hills of suburban Sydney — back in the day when “potato-slaw” was cool. Whilst customers weren’t fans of the pickled pheasant — they lined up in droves to take home their gourmet soups, and salads. That's how they first became famous!
After starting this craze for pre-packed salads, they spent the next 35 years exploring many a culinary frontier to create the wild, the weird and oh, the wonderful for some of Sydney’s finest establishments. At the end of the day, they eat, live and breathe fresh, delicious, nutritious food, and love nothing more than grabbing their gumboots, finding the freshest local produce, and cooking up a feast for the people they love.
This is not just ‘another’ soup — it’s a bowl full of life, love, and passion for all things naturally yum!
