Willy's aspire to be a pioneer in biodynamic probiotic farming. They farm the land without a hint of chemicals or artificial fertilisers to create a natural, symbiotic balance within their organic apple orchards. This, in turn, encourages the all-important biodiversity to flourish. Ecology and sustainability are absolutely key to every step of their unique process.
All Willy’s products are grown, hand-crafted and produced with care here in Herefordshire. From the moment the apples are harvest to the final fermentation, bottling and design seal, they are proud to create good quality British product from scratch, ourselves.
