Arancini - Spinach Ricotta & Pine Nuts

Risotto con Spinaci e Ricotta (Spinach and Ricotta Risotto) are a classic combination in Italian cuisine. The delicious combination of creamy fresh Australian ricotta and garden crisp spinach together with toasted pine nuts and oozing mozzarella are... put simply... a delightful mouthful of crisp creaminess!

All our Arancini are hand rolled and made with a traditional Risotto base using Italian Arborio rice, fresh locally sourced produce and snap frozen to maintain freshness, nutrients, flavour and crunch.

-Deep Fry - Deep Fry Arancini in 160°C canola oil from frozen for 6 minutes.

-Oven Bake - Preheat oven to 220°C fan forced. Place Arancini from Frozen ( do not thaw) on a baking tray and bake fro approx. 12 minutes

Rest 2-3 minutes once out of oven before serving.
