Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 4-6 cloves of garlic
- 500g organic grass-fed beef mince
- 16 Chief Organic Beef Liver Capsules
- 1 jar tomato-based pasta sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 grated zucchinis
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- 2 cups diced mushrooms
- Buckwheat or lentil-based pasta
Method
- Sauté onion and garlic in a pan for a few minutes before adding beef mince to cook
- Grate zucchini, chop mushrooms, and add to the mince as it continues to cook
- Add pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, and spinach then turn down and allow to simmer for a minimum of 15 minutes
- Bring a saucepan of water to boil and cook your pasta of choice
- Take bolognese off the heat and add beef liver by opening capsules and emptying out the powder
- Drain the pasta and serve in a bowl with the nutrient-rich beef bolognese sauce.
