How do you keep frozen items frozen during delivery?
All frozen orders, from pizzas and ice cream to frozen seafood and pastries, are packed and transported with strict temperature control to ensure they arrive still solid and safe to store.
What should I do if my frozen item arrives partially thawed?
For food safety reasons, we take temperature control seriously throughout delivery. If an item arrives in a condition that concerns you, reach out to our team and we'll sort it out with a refund or replacement.
What if a frozen product I ordered is out of stock?
We only deliver products that meet our freshness and quality standards, so occasionally an item may be unavailable due to limited shelf life or supply delays. If this happens, we'll either refund you for that item or replace it with a suitable substitute of equal or higher value.
Can I get same-day delivery for frozen groceries?
Yes. Order before 1pm (Monday to Saturday) and choose the 4:00pm to 8:00pm slot for same-day delivery, or order by 8:30pm the day before for the 11:00am to 3:00pm slot the next day.
