What if an item I ordered, like a specific cheese or butter, is out of stock?
We only deliver products that meet our freshness and quality standards, so occasionally an item may be unavailable due to limited shelf life or supply delays. If this happens, we'll either refund you for that item or replace it with a suitable substitute of equal or higher value.
How is pricing calculated for dairy items sold by weight or pack?
Online, dairy products are listed by piece or pack based on average weight. Your card is pre-authorised at checkout, but the final charge reflects the actual weight or any last-minute substitutions, and is only processed on delivery day.
Do you offer organic, grass-fed, or pasture-raised dairy options?
Yes. Our dairy range is sourced from suppliers who prioritise quality, with organic and pasture-raised options available where possible, including grass-fed butters and specialty imported cheeses like our AOP-certified French selections.
Can I get same-day delivery for dairy and eggs?
Yes. Order before 1pm (Monday to Saturday) and choose the 4:00pm to 8:00pm slot for same-day delivery, or order by 8:30pm the day before for the 11:00am to 3:00pm slot the next day.
