Deluxe Chocolate and Hazelnut Brownies
A fudgy, nutty twist on your gluten-free brownie mix base.

Ingredients

3 eggs

100g melted butter

½ cup chopped roasted hazelnuts

½ cup white chocolate chunks

Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line a 23cm square baking tin with baking paper.

In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.

Fold in the chopped hazelnuts and white chocolate.

Pour into the tin and smooth the surface.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until just set in the centre.

Cool in the pan, then slice and serve. Dust with icing sugar if you like!
