Fruit Jelly Moulds with Gutsy Gummies

Ingredients
Pantry Items

2 x 1/3 cup of Gutsy Gummies (two flavours, or ⅔ one flavour)

100ml water (per flavour)

250ml recently boiled water (per flavour)

3 cups chopped fruit (strawberries, rockmelon, blueberries, grapes - fruit of choice!)

Gummy Moulds
Method

In a bowl, combine ⅓ cup of gummy mixture with 100 ml of water and stir well.

Pour in 250 ml of recently boiled water, mixing thoroughly. Repeat this process with the remaining gummy mixture in a different flavor.

Divide the chopped fruit evenly among the silicone moulds.

Place the moulds on a chopping board to make transferring to the fridge easier.

Pour the gummy mixture evenly into the moulds over the fruit.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set.

Turn out the gummies onto a plate or store them in an airtight container. Enjoy!
