INGREDIENTS

1 Jar Goan Curry Cooking Sauce

1 Jar Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade

2 Cod Fillets

Pinch of Turmeric

Pinch of Chilli Powder

Pinch of Salt

2g Rye Curry Leaves

2g Red Chillis

METHOD

1. Marinate the cod fillets in the Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade, turmeric, chilli powder and salt for 15-20 mins.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sear the cod fillets skin side down for 6 mins or until golden, then turn and cook for 4 mins further, until the fish is cooked through.

3. Add Goan Curry Sauce and simmer for 6-8 mins.

4.Serve with rye curry leaf and chopped red chillies.
