Little Farms Kofta with Little Farms Pita & Hummus

Ingredients

  • Lamb Kofta x 2
  • Little Farms Pitta
  • Little Farms Hummus 
  • Pickled Onions – mix all the ingredients in a jar and leave for at least 24hours. Double up the recipe if you want to make more of another time.
    • Fine Sugar 50g
    • Apple Cider Vinegar 50g
    • Red Onions 250g
    • Water 40g
    • Juniper Berries 1g

Make ahead – Pickled Onions (you can skip this if you don’t have time)

  1. Pre head oven to 180 degrees C. Once hot, add your kofta’s and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Toast your pita breads
  3. Smear the hummus on the pita bread
  4. Add the kofta, hummus and sprinkle with your pickled onions.
