Viral High Protein Beef Bowl
With over 15g of protein, this bowl is a flavour powerhouse! Ground beef simmered in Beef Bone Broth, creamy cottage cheese, avocado, caramelised sweet potato, and fresh spinach, all topped with a spicy-sweet honey drizzle. Easy, satisfying, and ready in 35 minutes!

Ingredients
1 large sweet potato, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt & pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
800g ground beef
2 tbsp Beef Bone Broth Concentrate Native Herbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 cup cottage cheese
2 avocados, halved and sliced
2 cups baby spinach
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp chili flakes
Method

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Toss sweet potato with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Bake for 25-30 mins until soft and caramelised.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Lower heat and add Beef Bone Broth Concentrate, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Cook for another couple of minutes.

Assemble the bowl by layering sweet potato, beef, cottage cheese, avocado, and spinach. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle chili flakes.
