From her humble beginnings in the small Italian town of Carapelle Calvisio, located in the province of L’Aquila in the Apennine region of Abruzzo, their mother Elsa began her passion for cooking her family’s traditional cuisine. Her pastas, sauces and soups come from generations of recipes that have only improved over time.

They took their love for their mother’s recipes and her passion for cooking, and transformed it into the manufacturing and wholesaling of fresh, homemade Italian meals.
